MadamLili products are created and customized in our MadamLili studio in Berlin Ku'damm by a diligent team. 

3. Are the products nickel and lead free?
Of course, the products are nickel and lead free. They are suitable for people with allergy.

4. Is there a MadamLili store? 
Our boutique is in Berlin Kurfürstendamm.

7. I like a chain, but I want it to be shortened or extended. Is it possible ?
Sure! The chains can be shortened or extended for free. Please specify when ordering.

8. I like the product, but I want another material, such as 925 Sterling Silver, Bronze or silver plated. Is this possible?
For nearly all our jewelry we can provide these materials. Please just indicate your request when ordering. 

9. Can I engrave the jewelry?
Of course! For nearly all our products engraving is possible and it is free of charge. 
Please specify when ordering the engraving you want. 

10. Can I change the sayings on the products? 
Of course! The spells can be customized according to your wishes, free of charge.

11. How much does the customizatin cost?
Customization is for free.

12. I have a photograph or personal motif, which I would like to have processed as a pendant, ring or earrings. 
Is this possible?

Of  course, designs can be customized. Please simply indicate your request when ordering and send the desired photo or personal motif to info@madamlili.com. 

13. Can I return my order? 
Products can be returned within 14 days. The items can be exchanged or the purchase amount will be refunded. 

14. How long is the warranty?
We offer a 2 year warranty on our jewelry and watches.

15. Do you accept orders from other countries?
Of course, we ship worldwide. The shipping fees per order for Germany are 2,90 € and for worldwide shipping 3,90 €.
